The LODGE
This Mountain Cabin sleeps 16. The inspiration for the design of this home was a patchwork quilt, incorporating color and warmth into this fun 3-story log cabin buried in the middle of ski country.

Chapter 2: The Plan
The plan for the two new bedrooms: the new wall, LVT flooring and recessed cans added throughout the basement.
Chapter 3: The Design
This three-story log cabin remodel transformed a family retreat into an inviting and versatile VRBO space, capable of accommodating up to 16 guests. To maximize sleeping arrangements, a former large family room has been thoughtfully divided into two cozy bedrooms. Meanwhile, the spacious basement bedroom, already equipped with its own exterior entrance, has been reimagined as a welcoming family room, the perfect place for gathering and relaxation.
Reflecting a warm, quilted patchwork theme, the remodel blends new materials with treasured pieces. All case goods were kept to honor the home's ski lodge character, while the soft goods were completely refreshed for comfort and durability. In the kitchen, a counter-height dining table seating 12 replaced the dated island, bringing everyone together at mealtime. The result pairs ski lodge charm with modern convenience, a cozy, practical retreat for families and friends.
