Being remodeledThe BOUGIE APARTMENT
An industrial loft was the look the resident of this apartment was looking for. Peel and stick wallpaper, brought in elements of graffiti, and brick to add to the "loft" feel.

Chapter 3: The Design
Transforming an apartment with fixed elements, dark orange-brown floors, honey-toned bamboo cabinets, and beige walls, into a designed, personalized home requires thoughtful creativity. To achieve the client’s desired “loft” feel, we introduced layered textures and bold focal points.
An antique prayer table from a London church paired with industrial metal barstools anchors the dining area, blending history with modernity. A striking feature wall was created by constructing a hearth, installing an electric fireplace with an asymmetrical slat surround, and crowning it with a Frame TV showcasing modern art.
To elevate the space, peel-and-stick wallpaper and command strip-mounted decor added dimension and flexibility. A wall of six doors was cleverly masked using oversized art panels on hidden barn door hardware, offering both functionality and style. This design seamlessly marries the apartment’s existing elements with a fresh, industrial aesthetic, transforming it into a curated and welcoming home.
